All workshops are co-facilitated by Green Gate’s Director of Brand Strategy, Nick Kimbro, and founder and CEO, Katherine Branch.

Who is involved is entirely up to you. Although to ensure a productive meeting, we recommend limiting the number of participants to five or fewer, and including as many senior decision-makers as possible.

Our workshops don’t always require the full budgeted time. Factors such as the number of participants, their subject familiarity, and more can influence how much time we wind up needing. However, we recognize how challenging it can be for decisionmakers to dedicate time on their calendars, so we want to make sure we allow ample time to avoid having to schedule any followup meetings.
Each session will begin at its scheduled time, so if we do finish early, we’ll have that much more break between sessions.

We’ll follow up each workshop with a set of final deliverables that include: recordings and summaries of each session, any followup recommendations, as well as an editable summary of the decisions that were made (including revised statements, if applicable).
